Principals include Page Aiken, David Aiken, and Harry Aiken. The partnership has successfully delivered over 200,000 SF of commercial and flex space across multiple projects, including Golden Park Business Center and Weatherstone Plaza.

 

If built to suit, then W. J. Aiken Development, LLC, with Robert Copenhaver serving as the General Contractor, is responsible for the project's construction.
