Meet Jacob Aiken

Jacob Aiken brings a rare combination of construction expertise, real estate knowledge, and deep local roots to Aiken Partners Real Estate.  With extensive experience working in building and development; Jacob possesses a hands-on understanding of construction quality, materials, and craftsmanship that few agents bring to the table.

Jacob also lives the coastal lifestyle with an active passion for the water. He has been boating since the age of twelve, and earned his USCG OUPV (“six-pack”) captain’s license in 2022. That lifelong, first-hand knowledge of the Golden Isles’ waterways, tides, channels, and marinas gives him a rare understanding of what makes a waterfront property truly functional for boating life. From dock depth and navigability, to the best deep-water access points along the coast, Jacob evaluates properties from an experienced mariner’s perspective, giving his clients an edge that other agents cannot provide.

Combining his construction and development background with his on-the-water expertise, Jacob offers buyers and sellers of luxury waterfront properties a level of insight rarely found in one agent.
